Shipping & Returns
Shipping We work together with PostNL for shipping. Together we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. This is often within 1 working day, if you order before 5 p.m., your order will often be delivered the next day! If you have not received your order after 4 days, please contact our customer service. Your order can be delivered to your home or to another address (for example your work). We ask for a contribution to the shipping costs of € 6.95 per order. For shipping to Belgium and Germany, the shipping costs are € 8.95. Delivery via PostNL PostNL will deliver your order to the address you specified. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be delivered to the neighbors or offered again later. The day and time of the 2nd delivery depends on the day of the 1st delivery. If you are not at home for the 2nd delivery, you will receive a note in your mailbox. It states at which PostNL Service Point you can pick up the package. You have three weeks to collect the package, otherwise the package will be returned. Pick up at a PostNL Post Office You no longer have to stay at home to receive your package. You can have your package delivered to one of the 2700 collection points at PostNL. You decide where your package will be delivered and when you will pick it up. There is always a PostNL location near you. You can pick up the package within a week, after which the package will be returned. Returns After receiving your products you have 14 days to report if you want to return the products. For this please send an email to info@armygains.nl. When you have reported that you want to return the products, they must be demonstrably returned within 14 days to ArmyGains.nl, de brink 92, 9723AM in Groningen. For products where hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, oils and other sealed products, these can only be returned unopened and in undamaged condition (any seal intact). If you have damaged products during use, we can charge you for this. The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after cancellation. Articles of which the safety packaging has been broken can therefore not be returned without explicit contact with Armygains.nl's customer service.
